Sundown Condominiums offers a truly unique experience. We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom, fully furnished, vacation and short-term rentals available for your enjoyment and relaxation. We are a small complex located on a narrow strip of snow white beaches and crystal blue waters.

We are waterfront to the Ole River with the Beach only across the street and a private boardwalk. We offer boat slips and a storage yard for your boat trailer for a small fee. Children and adults enjoy fishing and throwing crab traps out by the docks. Bring your tennis racquets and basketball and enjoy our courts and then enjoy a swim in the largest pool on the island. We have several charcoal grills placed around the property.

From the moment you drive into the complex, you’ll see the lush Tropical Landscape.

Our units are comfortably furnished and have sliding glass doors that open to a balcony that offers spectacular views of the Old River. They are a great place to dine, read or watch the wildlife.

The Old River is famous for its abundance of dolphins! We have a large crystal clear pool, but if you prefer, our boardwalk provides access to the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico that Perdido Key is known for.

For the boat lovers, we offer use of our piers, boat slips and storage area for your watercrafts for all of our owners and guests. There is a small fee for guest use.  There’s no need to waste time taking your boat in and out of the water, as our spacious slips will accommodate almost any size vessel.

Should you decide to leave this paradise, nearby you will find many excellent restaurants ranging from the very casual to the upscale; shopping, public golf courses, boat rentals, fishing charters, Pensacola Greyhound Track, State Parks, the Lighthouse at Pensacola NAS, the Blue Angels, Naval Museum and Alabama Battleship, museums and much more.
