There is a parking fee of $25.00 per vehicle plus tax per stay, 2 vehicle max per unit. Unregistered vehicles will be towed at owners expense. Boats have to be registered at the office as there is a fee of $40.00 per day and trailers must be parked in the Boat Yard at a first come first serve bases.
We invite you to come enjoy our 2br/2ba waterfront condo located on the 1st floor at Sundown Condominiums in Perdido Key.
This condo has just been updated with new paint, furniture and décor and will sleep 8 comfortably.
We have stocked the condo with our guest in mind. You will find all you need to make yourself feel at home.
The kitchen has most all major and small appliances and is well stocked so you can cook your favorite meals. It has an open floor plan going into the dining area and the living room with beautiful views of Ole River.
The Master bedroom has a Queen bed and a futon that you may use as an extra bed if you need to. It also has a bathroom with a walk in shower.
The 2nd bedroom has a Queen bed and a Full bed.
The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway just outside the 2nd bedroom.
For added convenience there is a sofa sleeper in the living room.
You will have access to FREE WIFI and Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms.
A washer and dryer is available inside the condo.
Watch the boats go by as you relax on the balcony. Looking across Ole River you have a view of Ono Island.
We Do not allow pets.
We only allow smoking in the parking lot and in the BBQ areas.
We offer boat slips and a storage yard for boat trailers. Bring your fishing gear and crab baskets to fish from the boat docks.
Across the street is our private boardwalk to the beach and right beside our boardwalk is The Crab Trap restaurant with beach side dining.
Our amenities include BBQ Grills, large pool, pool house, tennis court, basketball court, beach access, Ole River and boat docks just steps away, boat/trailer storage yard and onsite check in.
