We invite you to come enjoy our 2br/2ba stand alone condo at Sundown Condominiums in Perdido Key.
This condo has just been updated with new paint, furniture and décor.
This condo is located across the parking lot from the other Sundown Condos. This ground floor condo is located behind the office. It's the largest of the two bedrooms. It does not have a view but shares all the amenities.
The kitchen has most all major and small appliances and is well stocked so you can cook your favorite meals. It has an open floor plan going into the dining area and the living room.
Both bedrooms are furnished with King sized beds.
The Master bedroom has it's own bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The 2nd bathroom is located in the hallway just outside the 2nd bedroom and it has a tub/shower combo as well.
For added convenience there is a sofa sleeper in the living room.
You will have access to FREE WIFI and Cable TV in the living room and both bedrooms.
A full size washer and dryer is available inside the condo.
Exit through the kitchen onto the back deck. It's a large two level deck with seating for everyone. Here you will find an addition refrigerator and stand up freezer. This is great for keeping drinks outside and the freezer helps for storing bait and fish you catch.
We offer boat slips and a storage yard for boat trailers for our guest. Bring your fishing gear and crab baskets to fish from the boat docks.
Across the street is our private boardwalk to the beach and right beside our boardwalk is The Crab Trap restaurant with beach side dining.
Although this condo does not have the water view you still have access to all the amenities just steps away.
Our amenities include BBQ Grills, large pool, pool house, tennis court, basketball court, beach access, Ole River and boat docks just steps away, boat/trailer storage yard and onsite check in.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Outside 30 days from arrival date changes and unit assignment changes are permissible without penalty and cancellations are allowed with a $40 penalty. The only changes that can be made within 30 days of arrival are adding additional nights to the reservation. Balance is to be paid in full 30 days before arrival and NO refunds once within 30 days of arrival, therefore, travel insurance is strongly recommended to protect against cancellations due to unforeseen emergencies.
Deposit Policy
10% of the total balance is due at the time of booking if outside 30 days from arrival. If within 30 days of arrival 100% is due at booking.
Rate varies due to seasonality and holidays.
